Collage of wallpaper on walls STEDELIJK BASE

Realization and material

In consultation with designers Hilde and Janna Meeus a collage of wallpaper combined with painted texts was created. We printed the images on a breathable, PVC-free wallpaper with a smooth surface and painted the years with latex paint. This is the best solution for this wall, that borders on the foundation and is therefore moist and susceptible to mould. By using breathable wallcovering the moisture in the wall can evaporate, prevention the formation of mould.
